We strongly encourage property owners and managers to invest in periodic roof inspections, we can help point out any potential issues that will cost you less when fixed sooner rather than later.

ROOF MAINTENANCE PROGRAM:

  • Maintenance visit one a year (Recommended for Fall)
  • Complete roof inspection and evaluation, included in a written report with photos
  • Clean entire roof of all debris
  • Inspect and clean gutters, downspouts, and surrounding areas of debris, and re-secure gutters and downspouts if necessary, at or above the roof line only.
  • Ensure all drains are cleaned and allowing water to flow off roof
  • Visual inspection of flashing at all penetrations, including curbs, skylights, walls, pipes, etc.
  • Visual inspection of any roof top equipment, ensuring they are not moving excessively or leaking fluids onto roof.
  • Visual inspection of seams in the roof and expansion joints
  • Visual inspection of all sealants and/or coatings
  • SEAL and PAINT all pipes, curbs, skylights, walls, etc.
  • Branch trimming for small limbs touching the roof
